Are you accepting new clients?

How do I schedule an appointment?
Contact us if you'd like to schedule an appointment. If you're feeling unsure or still have unanswered questions, you are also welcome to schedule a free fifteen minute phone consultation.
What are your fees?
Fees vary depending on the services you select.
For Counseling sessions, your initial intake session is 60 minutes for $185. Each following session is 50 minutes for the rate $160.
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length at the rate of $160.
NET sessions are 30 minutes for the fee of $90. Please note that NET sessions are available for in-person sessions only at our Ohio office.

Do you work with couples or families?
I work with individual clients ages 13+, however, I do very often include family and other supports in treatment and am happy to facilitate support sessions.
Do you accept insurance?
Like many specialty providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans and my services are considered out-of-network. Paying out-of-pocket is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility in their care.

Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, your privacy is of utmost importance. The information you share will be kept confidential aside from your giving your therapist written permission and consent to share as needed. There are a few exceptions that we’ll cover in detail during your first session.
Do you offer virtual / online appointments?
Yes, although NET sessions are only available in-person at our Ohio office.
How many sessions can I expect to attend?
Therapy can last anywhere from a few sessions to several months or years. This depends on your wants and needs, the types and intensity of symptoms, and the complexity of the issue(s). You may choose to end therapy at any time and we’re happy to provide you with referrals to other providers as needed.
